Thanks, Bea, this is very reassuring. My partner & I have agreed that we will both spend another session focusing (with whatever comes up around the work so far) before taking a next TAE step. We both had quite big things come up in our last session… both of which pointed strongly towards an action step in the outside world. For each of us,…

Hi Nicola and everyone,
Something very similar happened in my class yesterday. V is entering deeply into her own process in a way that feels like the steps would be an interruption. She is definitely in a transformative place. She did come up with another instance yesterday and it did confirm and expand the pattern she was working on. But she is…

I had an interesting class 3 practice today where my partner did not feel ready to begin crossing her instances or patterns (she had 2 and a bit of one that didn’t feel quite finished).
When she went into a focusing space her body showed her something that could not be bypassed or overridden.

Class 2 Collect Instances and Find Patterns
Glad to hear about your experiences with Instances and Patterns Nicola-Jane.
it’s great that even though “once again, she initially doubted her ability to come up with instances, by supporting her to stay with that feeling, and the realisations and patterns that surfaced through this, it became its own instance. She was then able to…

Merci beaucoup, Michaël. This is helpful. Thanks for your initiative.
To make it grammatically correct, it would be good to remove the final “S” when referring to a single step.
For instance:
“Steps 1 and 2” is correct because there are 2.
But Step 5 is only one, so should not have an s at the end.
Once people are satisfied with this clarification…

This is a clear depiction of crossing that I think will help people.
In the Class 2 illustration, it is fun to see the little hands handing instances, a challenging thing to convey. I couldn’t read the parts that had a red background.
I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying your partnership, Nicky!
